• Pricing: All displayed prices are final and inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) applicable under Indian law. We do not charge hidden fees.
• Stock Accuracy: We strive for 99% accuracy in stock status. In the rare event an item (e.g., a specific pneumatic tool) is out of stock after your order, we will notify you immediately and offer a full refund or an alternative product.

3. Usage, Liability, and Product Risk

• Assumption of Risk: The customer assumes all risk for the proper selection, use, and maintenance of all products, particularly power tools and heavy equipment.
