Order Cancellation Policy | Tools Deal

This policy outlines the procedure and terms for canceling an order prior to shipment. Once an order is handed over to logistics, the Return Policy takes effect.

1. Cancellation Window and Eligibility

• Eligibility: An order is eligible for full cancellation and refund ONLY if it has not yet been processed for dispatch from our Bengaluru warehouse.
• Timing Constraint: Given our swift 1-2 business day handling time, the window for cancellation is extremely short.

2. Cancellation Procedure

To maximize the chances of a successful pre-shipment cancellation:

1. Immediate Contact: Call +91 9845200454 immediately upon deciding to cancel.
2. Formal Confirmation: Send a follow-up email to sales@toolsdeal.in with the subject: "URGENT CANCELLATION REQUEST - [Your Order ID]".

3. Cancellation Refund Process

• Full Refund: If approved, a 100% refund of the purchase price will be processed.
• Timeline: The refund will be credited back to your original payment source within 5 to 7 business days of the cancellation approval.

4. Cancellation of Backordered Items

If a tool is on backorder, you may cancel it any time before we receive it from the manufacturer and begin our standard 1-2 day handling process.
