Shipping & Delivery Policy | Tools Deal
This comprehensive policy provides clear expectations regarding the delivery of your power tools, hand tools, and abrasives across India.
1. Handling Time (Order Processing)
- Definition: Time taken for order verification, picking, quality checks, and packaging.
- Standard Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Saturday).
2. Transit Time and Total Delivery Commitment
- Logistics Partners: We rely on DTDC, FedEx, and Blue Dart for reliable Pan-India shipping.
- Estimated Transit Time: 2 to 5 business days after the order is dispatched.
Total Delivery Commitment: 3 to 7 Business Days from the date of order placement.
3. Shipping Costs and Insurance
- Pricing: Costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, and destination.
- Free Shipping: Available for all COD and pay now orders.
- Packaging: All power tools and pneumatic equipment are packaged to withstand transit. If a package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
4. Failed Delivery and Delays
- Failed Delivery: If the courier attempts delivery and the customer is unavailable, the package will be returned to the nearest hub. After two failed attempts, the package will be returned to our facility in Bengaluru. Re-shipping will incur additional charges.
- Delayed Orders: While rare, unexpected delays (weather, carrier issues) are outside our control. We will notify you promptly and assist in tracking the order.
