Return and Refund Policy | Tools Deal

This policy defines the eligibility and process for post-delivery returns, ensuring compliance with consumer expectations for the sale of industrial tools.

1. Return Eligibility and Window

  • Return Window: All returns must be initiated within 7 calendar days from the date of product delivery.
  • Valid Reasons: Only accepted for products that are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect items received.
  • Item Condition: Must be 100% unused, uninstalled, in original manufacturer packaging, with all manuals and the original invoice.

Non-Returnable Items and Warranty Exclusions

  • Consumables: Opened or partially used coated and bonded abrasives, cutting fluids, drill bits, or fluids.
  • Product Misuse: Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow the tool's operating manual.
  • Post-7-Day Defects: Any defect or malfunction discovered after the 7-day window must be directed to the manufacturer's official service center under the product's warranty terms.

2. Return Procedure and Shipping Costs

  • Initiation: Email sales@toolsdeal.in with Order ID, reason, and clear photographic evidence of the defect/damage.
  • Return Shipping Costs: If the return is approved due to our error (defect/damage), Tools Deal will arrange and pay for the reverse pickup.

3. Inspection, Refund, and Partial Refunds

  • Inspection Criteria: The item will be strictly inspected to ensure it meets the unused condition requirement.
  • Partial Refunds: If a return is accepted but the item is missing minor components or the original box is damaged, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
  • Full Refund Timeline: If approved, the refund is processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after the inspection is complete.
