Return Policy

Tools Deal

Overview

At Tools Deal we sell the best tools across India and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, this return policy explains how to request a return, replacement or refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products that are damaged or defective on delivery.
  • Products that are different from what was ordered (wrong model, wrong item).
  • Products returned in unused condition, in their original packaging, with all accessories, manuals and tags intact.

Note: Items showing customer misuse, physical damage after delivery, or wear from installation/use are not eligible for return.

2. Return Window

All return requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Requests made after this period will not be accepted except where required by applicable law.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or installed power tools (if damage is due to customer installation).
  • Consumables and accessories that are sold as consumable items (e.g., blades, drill bits, cutting discs) unless received damaged or incorrect.
  • Products returned without original packaging, missing parts, or missing serial numbers where applicable.

4. How to Request a Return

  1. Email our Returns team at [email protected] or use the return form on your order page.
  2. Provide:
    • Your order number.
    • A brief description of the issue (photos are helpful for damaged items).
    • Your preferred resolution (refund or replacement).
  3. We will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions and an authorization if the return is accepted.
  4. Once authorized, we will arrange pickup from your address or provide the return shipping address if you are required to ship the item.

Please pack the product securely in the original packaging (or equivalent) to prevent transit damage.

5. Inspection & Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically completed within 3–7 working days after approval, depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or damaged on arrival).

6. Replacements

If you request a replacement for a defective or incorrect item, we will ship the replacement after we receive the returned product and confirm the defect/issue. Replacements are subject to stock availability.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Once an order has shipped, cancellation requests will be handled as a return after delivery.

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate order details and a reachable contact number for pickup coordination.
  • Pack returned items securely to avoid damage in transit.
  • Retain proof of shipment if you were asked to return the item via courier.
