Prices and acceptance

Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. The selling price on the product page is the amount payable. The struck-through price is the MRP, and the percentage off is calculated from that MRP. A listing can change; the price we confirm by phone or message is the price of that order.

Placing a checkout request is an offer to buy. The order is accepted when ToolsDeal confirms it. We may decline an order we cannot supply, and we will say so rather than ship a substitute quietly.

Goods and responsibility

Specco and AGT Force products are sold as an authorized dealer. Use cutting and grinding tools with the guard and a disc rated for the machine. Match voltage to your supply.

Delivery, payment and returns

Every parcel is packed at and dispatched from 1D, Chitrakoot Building, AECS Layout, B Block, Singasandra, Bangalore 560114. Handling is 1–2 business days, then transit is usually 2–5 days through DTDC or FedEx. Remote pins can take longer. We phone before dispatch.

Delivery inside India is free. No other fee is added at checkout. Pay cash on delivery where the pin allows, or ask for a UPI link after the confirmation call.

Cancel before the carrier collects the parcel and a prepaid amount is refunded the way it was paid. After dispatch, a change of mind is not accepted. Transit damage reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, is replaced or repaired. A wrong model or a manufacturing defect reported within 7 days of delivery is a replacement, spare or a return to Bangalore at our courier cost. There is no restocking fee.
