Orders and quotes ask for your name, phone, email, delivery address and, if you want a business invoice, your company name and GSTIN. We also store the products and quantities you asked for.

Card, UPI and netbanking payments, when used, are handled by Razorpay. ToolsDeal does not store the card number. If you ask for a UPI link, those details are shared on WhatsApp or email for that payment only.

We use the details to confirm stock, dispatch, invoice and support the order. We do not sell your list. Courier partners receive the delivery address and phone because they cannot deliver without them.

To correct or delete an enquiry, email sales@toolsdeal.in. Transaction invoices are kept as required for GST.
