Cancellation

Before dispatch

Call, WhatsApp or email us before the parcel is handed to the carrier and we will cancel it. If you had paid in advance, the refund goes back the way it came, after we see the reversal details. There is no restocking fee.

After dispatch

Once DTDC or FedEx has the carton, a change of mind is not accepted as a return. If we sent the wrong model, or the tool is damaged in transit, or a new tool has a manufacturing defect, use the returns rules. Those windows start on the delivery date.
